Maintenance Contract

1. The client and the service provider have entered into this agreement for the external maintenance of the property located at:

2. The service provider shall provide all labour, equipment and products to complete the work as described in Schedule A.

3. This agreement will be in place for 12 months starting on __ / __ / _____. The agreement can be renewed by

mutual agreement between both parties.

4. The agreement can be cancelled by either party on condition that the cancelling party provides written notice 30 days

prior to the cancellation date, to the other party.

5. The parties agree that services will be provided on the following day of each week: ______________.

6. The cost for services will be payable in advance by the 1st of every month. The costs are calculated as per Schedule B.

7. Additional Services offered at additional costs are described in Schedule c.
